Ritual Recovery – Return & Refund Policy
At Ritual Recovery, we take pride in delivering premium-quality cold plunges and accessories built for performance. Every unit is tested before leaving our facility to ensure it meets our quality standards.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The cold plunge must be unused, and in its original packaging.

Accessories may be returned if unopened and unused.

The item must include all original parts, components, and proof of purchase.
Note: Any unit that has been filled with water or used in any capacity is not eligible for return, even if drained and repackaged.
2. Reporting Damage or Delivery Issues
We stand behind every shipment and manage freight claims directly with our freight partners.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any visible damage within 48 hours due to carrier claim deadlines.

Email our support team with photos of the packaging and product, and include your order number.

We’ll coordinate the inspection, claim, and replacement process directly with the carrier.

Reports made after 48 hours may limit available remedies due to carrier claim deadlines.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number, photos of the product in its current packaging, and the reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.

You must ship the item back using the original crate or pallet.
All returns must be approved in writing before shipping.
4. Restocking & Shipping Fees

Restocking fee: 10% of the product value will be deducted from approved returns to cover inspection, handling, and restocking.

Shipping fees: Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Returned products that show signs of use, water exposure, or damage from improper packing will not qualify for a refund.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase before production begins. After that period, a 10% cancellation fee applies to cover materials and scheduling. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:

Any customized order

Used or installed products

Refurbished or open-box units

Final sale items
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Important: Refunds will only be processed once inspection confirms the product has never been used, filled with water, or altered in any way.
