Ritual Recovery – Shipping Policy
We do everything we can to get every Ritual product to you safely and on time. All orders are fully insured, tracked, and shipped using reliable carriers.
Processing & Lead Times
Orders are processed and production begins within 1–3 business days of order placement. Most plunges ship within the advertised production timeline, depending on model and volume. Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods

Cold Plunges & Chillers ship via freight (LTL) with liftgate curbside delivery.

Accessories ship via standard parcel service (UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post).

Freight shipments include insurance and appointment scheduling. Customers are responsible for transporting the unit from curbside to its final location.
Delivery Times

Freight: 2–8 business days in Canada and the U.S. after dispatch.

Standard parcels: 2–5 business days.
Note: Remote areas may take longer.
Receiving Your Delivery
Inspect your shipment on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll handle freight claims and replacements directly. Damages reported after 48 hours may not qualify for compensation.
Missed Deliveries & Fees
Missed freight appointments may incur re-delivery or storage fees. Refused or undeliverable orders follow our Return Policy and may incur two-way freight and restocking fees.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship across Canada and the continental U.S. International and remote deliveries may require a custom quote. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
